All Ready to Sell orders are processed within 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your full payment. Custom orders will be processed within 3-5 (excluding weekends and holidays) weeks from the time the design and full payment have been received/confirmed. If your order contains both ready-to-sell and custom items those will ship together within 28 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer a $10 flat rate shipping to within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping costs may be subject to increase at any time.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom nature of the items, NO returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued. If BDC has made an error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide us with information on the issue along with photos and we will either fix or replace the tumbler once it has been returned. The buyer will be responsible for any cost associated with returning the item to BDC.
