Please keep in mind these are handmade items and while BDC works to ensure your product is perfect there may be minor flaws. If an item is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours - the tumbler must be returned to be fixed or replaced.

All tumblers are stainless steel and sealed with FDA compliant epoxy resin. Tumblers are handmade, which makes exact replicas impossible. Customization on Ready Made and Custom orders will be shipped in 6-8 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. BDC is not responsible for shipping times, delayed deliveries or the mishandling of packages once they have been shipped.
Cups, lids, and straws are provided by the cup manufacturers and BDC is not responsible for any issues with cup or lid construction.
We currently use Ozark, Built, Zak, Hogg, and Backfist Customs brand tumblers. Premium cup brands such as Simple Modern, Yeti, Cold-1, and Contigo may be available upon special request.
Tumblers are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. They should be hand washed and kept out of extreme temperatures such as a hot car or a freezer. They can crack if dropped or banged on a hard surface. Please handle with care, these tumblers are made with love.
