All items come with care instructions if you have lots or misplaced your instructions that's ok.

For apparel we recommend washing inside aout and if vinyl wrinkles using a warm iron to remove wrinkles.

Tumblers should be hand washed with a mild soap. Tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe and should not be soaked.

Designing, prepping, creating, and curing cups along with many steps in between is quite the process. From start to finish we spen several hours on your cup and each layer of epoxy takes between 8 hours to 3 days to cure before we can move on to the next step. We appreciate your patience and we try our hardest not to rush the process so you recieve a product you love.

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
